How it Works

Easy Life is a specialist agency for providers of domestic services within the home. When we receive your telephone call, we ask for a few simple details and discuss your specific needs. Then we select a provider we think will best suit you.

The provider is briefed on your job to ensure her/his suitability and availability. We then ring back and arrange an appointment for a time that suits you. These appointments take about twenty minutes.

We are happy to call in the evening if that suits you best. An advantage of this can be that both you and your partner may be at home.

Your Privacy and Security are Our Concern

We are conscious of the fact that the work involves a position of trust. Our provider will be coming into your home, quite possibly when you are not there. We do not take this matter lightly. You are entitled to seek reassurance regarding the people you are dealing with. For this reason, we never accept ongoing work without having first introduced ourselves properly.

If you are not comfortable about any aspect of our service, you have the opportunity to put your mind at ease at the outset. If you are still not satisfied, there is no commitment, of course. We are confident you will like what you see.

At the initial appointment, and when you are completely happy with us, we ask you to show us exactly what you want done – and your priorities for the tasks. We will tell you how long the work will take and the cost. You can then accept or reject our price.

Usually our service providers use your cleaning products and equipment. This results in a much lower price for you, and you know that your precious home and furniture will not be subjected to any chemicals or detergents without your knowledge. Also, if anyone in your household suffers from an allergy or similar ailment, there will be no unexpected chemical residues to cause problems.
